At CaseCraft, every phone case is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
We currently ship Australia-wide and are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Please note that custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 2–5 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over AUD $60.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
CaseCraft cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or peak seasons are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
